Wow, the gov't finally figured out that the 60's folks were smoking the leaves and not the buds.
It's always been strong; it just depends on which part you smoke!
Then again, the article says that THC rose from 3.5% in '88 to 7% in '03.
I bet that i was smokin some 10.5 last weekend. Damn, i was messed up HARD.
